Each school will receive a banner commemorating their participation in either the Classic Festivals or the National Adjudicators Invitational.
Plaques
Each participating school will receive an impressive wall plaque commemorating attendance at the festival.
Patches
Each participant will receive a beautifully embroidered arm patch signifying his or her contribution and participation in the festival.
Auxiliary Awards
Awards will be presented for festival ratings in Indoor Guard, Poms, and Majorettes. Placements will be announced for those groups choosing to participate for competitive recognition. At least three schools must be entered in a category for competition.
Division Awards
Each performance group entered in Concert, Choir, Jazz, and Auxiliary will receive an award certifying their performance rating of SUPERIOR, EXCELLENT or GOOD.
Judges Awards are non-competitive awards presented at the discretion of the judges for outstanding performance regardless of division classification. In Concert and Jazz performance, these awards may be presented to outstanding SOLOIST, BRASS, WOODWINDS, and PERCUSSION sections. Judge’s Awards will not be presented for events with less than five participating groups.
Festival Honor Award
A FESTIVAL HONOR AWARD is presented in Concert Performance to the group with the highest overall rating regardless of division or classification. The Festival Honor Award may also be presented in Jazz Performance when five or more schools are entered in each performance event.
Grand NAI Honor Plaque
The recipient of the GRAND NAI Honor Award Plaque is recognized in National Music Publications and at National and State Conventions. The GRAND NAI Honor group represents all outstanding Concert Performance groups throughout the United States.
Recognition
Those groups receiving SUPERIOR performance ratings are recognized and honored in State Music Publications. Outstanding performance groups are also recognized in our brochure which is mailed to approximately 17,000 schools throughout the United States.
