2019 Festival Only

$46.50 per participating student    (no charge for Directors or Chaperones)

The minimum cost for participation is $2800 for one performance group. If a school
has multiple Concert Groups or more than two areas of performance, please call for pricing.
Additional charge will apply for Jazz Ensemble when available. 

Cancellation Policy

60 - 40 days prior 25% cancellation fee
39 - 15 days prior 50% cancellation fee
14 days prior cancellations are non-refundable, full payment is due

Payment Policy

$75 registration fee and $500 deposit are billed when an application is processed.
Groups who use housing packages through Dixie Classic will have a higher initial deposit.

90 days prior 25% payment (intial deposit is applied to this amount)
45 days prior 25% payment
21 days prior Final Payment
